Jackson County Extension and Master Gardeners Association presents A Destination Gardens Tour Fundraiser on May 24, 2025 from 8 am to 3 pm.
Tour 3 of our Master Gardeners beautiful gardens and Gorham’s Bluff where you will stroll through the neighborhood to see the beautiful gardens. Lunch and a presentation on raised bed gardening and goat farming are included in the tour.
Tickets are available for purchase at the Mountain Lakes Chamber of Commerce and Jackson County Extension Office.
Please make checks payable to Jackson County Master Gardeners
Ticket Purchases due by April 30, 2025.

Cullman County Master Gardeners will hold a Spring Plant Sale on April 25, 2025 from 8-6 and April 26 from 8-2 at the Cullman County Fairgrounds, 1501 Sportsman Lake Road in Cullman, Alabama.

Cullman County Master Gardeners will hold a Spring Plant Sale on April 25, 2025 from 8-6 and April 26 from 8-2 at the Cullman County Fairgrounds, 1501 Sportsman Lake Road in Cullman, Alabama.

Below are pictures of a few of the Azalea varieties that will be on sale that day. Some will be in 3-gallon pots ($30) and some in 1-gallon ($15). Other varieties will also be available.

The AMGA Advisory Council will hold a meeting on November 5, 2024 at Petals from the Past in Jemison, Alabama from 10am to 12pm. Everyone is welcome to attend. See More.

The mission of the Alabama Master Gardeners Association, Inc. is to assist and support the Alabama Cooperative Extension System in its education outreach program. The AMGA also supports the local master Gardener Associations in their pursuit of continuing education in the field of horticulture providing volunteer service through horticultural based assistance education and community projects.
