Join Limestone County Master Gardeners for Gettin’ Dirty at the Library on September 10, 2024 from 11-noon at the Athens-Limestone Public Library, 603 Jefferson Street. Plant Curator Toby Gray will present “The Value of Oaks.”Brought to you by the Huntsville Botanical Gardens. Gettin’ Dirty at the Library is free and open to the public.

The AMGA 2024 Fall Seminar will be held on October 10, 2024 at the Transformation Garden, Auburn University. Topics include the Transformation Garden and FoodU, Enhancing Agriculture Sustainability, Empowering Students with Hands-On Learning, and A Children’s Garden. The Price is $40 and includes lunch. The mission of the Alabama Master Gardeners Association, Inc. is to assist and support the Alabama Cooperative Extension System in its education outreach program. The AMGA also supports the local master Gardener Associations in their pursuit of continuing education in the field of horticulture providing volunteer service through horticultural based assistance education and community projects.
The Alabama Master Gardeners Association is a 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Corporation – Assisting Local Associations in Horticulture Programs for the Community.
