The next meeting for the Alabama Master Gardeners Board of Directors will be held at Petals from the Past in Jemison, Alabama on 12/6/2022 at 10:00 am.
The deadline for awards applications is January 31, 2023 for awards: Mary Lou McNabb, Gary Murray Outstanding Service and Dedication, Jean Lee Lifetime Hours, Top Hours of the Year, and Outstanding Newsletter Awards.
The awards applications for Reach for the Stars and Advanced Badges and Stars are due on January 31, 2023.
The deadline to submit Project Funding Program applications is January 31, 2023.
The AMGA Board Meeting will be on March 7, 2023 at 10 am at Petals from the Past in Jemison, Alabama.
Cullman County Master Gardeners will hold a Native Azaleas and Wildflowers Sale at the Sportsman Lake Park Wildflower Garden, 1544 Sportsman Lake Rd NW, Cullman, AL on Saturday, March 25, 2023, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Plants for sale will include Alabama Native Azaleas, Ferns, Butterfly Milkweed, Coreopsis, Cosmos, Bee Balm, Shasta Daisies, Purple Coneflowers and more.
The Lee County Master Gardeners Association will hold their Native Azalea Sale beginning at 8 am on April 1, 2023 and will continue until all plants are sold. The sale will be held on the Southeast corner of Glenn and E. University Avenue in Auburn, Alabama. For more information, email Will Shinn, [email protected].
The AMGA 2023 Annual Conference will be at the Bryant Conference Center on the University of Alabama campus in Tuscaloosa between April 3-5, 2023.
The DeKalb County Master Gardener Annual Plant Sale will be held on April 8th 2023 from 7am - 12 pm at the VFW Fairgrounds - 151 18th Street NE - Fort Payne AL 35967. The sale will include vegetables, native plants, native azaleas, and much more.
