The Challenge

Let’s celebrate America 250 with the Grow More Give More 250lb challenge. Our goal is for Master Gardeners in every county to grow and contribute donations of fresh food for everyone, volunteers and non-volunteers alike! We want to contribute 250lb!

The donation count begins on Memorial Day, May 25, through Labor Day, Sept 7, 2026.

How to Participate

From May 25 to Sept 7, record your donations in both the Master Gardeners Service Report, and The Grow More Give More Webpage.

The mission of the Alabama Master Gardeners Association, Inc. is to assist and support the Alabama Cooperative Extension System in its education outreach program. The AMGA also supports the local master Gardener Associations in their pursuit of continuing education in the field of horticulture providing volunteer service through horticultural based assistance education and community projects.
